At Nayab Stores, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our products. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
For reimbursements:
If the product is returned within a days of its delivery, the User will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially.
Return & Refund Eligibility
✔️ Eligible Products:
- Apparel (T-Shirts, Linen Shirts, Linen Kurtis, Sarees, etc.)
❌ Non-Returnable Products:
- Customized or altered garments
- Rug Dolls, Rakhi, Scrunchies
- Sale or discounted items
📅 Return/Refund Window
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

We understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please read the following points carefully if you wish to request an exchange:

Exchange Validity:
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, only if there is a genuine issue from our side (e.g., wrong item, size mismatch from our end, damage in transit, etc.). -
Approval Process:
To initiate an exchange, please send clear photos or videos of the issue to our WhatsApp number +91 7484017431 or email us at anandmayee@nayabstores.com / nayabstores25@gmail.com. -
Verification:
Our team will inspect and verify the issue based on the shared images. If approved, we will notify you via WhatsApp/email to proceed with the exchange. -
Customer Shipping:
Once approved, the customer must self-ship the product to the following address within 7 days:Nayab Stores Private Limited

Packaging Conditions:
The product must be sent in its original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact). Products not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for exchange. -
Exchange Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement product. Exchange/Replacement delivery may take 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email/WhatsApp.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
- For other reasons (e.g., size issue, dislike of colour), customers bear the return shipping cost.

Important Notes
- Refunds/returns are subject to inspection and approval.
- Rug Dolls, Scrunchies, and Rakhis once delivered cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances unless damaged in transit.
