  • Certain products may require additional preparation or manufacturing time before dispatch

Customers will be informed about the estimated processing and dispatch timeline during confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once dispatched:

  • Standard shipping time across India is usually 5–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, weather conditions, festivals, or operational delays

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping fee: ₹80
  • Free shipping on eligible orders above ₹599

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Information

After dispatch, customers will receive shipping or tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or courier updates whenever available.

6. Delays

While we work hard to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

8. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect product, please contact us within 36 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos for verification.

9. Refund & Return Eligibility

Returns or refunds are applicable only under eligible conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
