Tailoring & Booking (Nayab Tayloring)
Do I need to visit a store for measurements?
Not necessarily — in Bhagalpur we send a tailor to you, and elsewhere in Bihar we pick up an old piece of your clothing to take measurements from. You're also welcome to visit our Bhagalpur or Patna shop directly.
How does the tailoring booking service work?
Book online with your number, name, and district, and our tailor will call you to arrange the rest.
What's the turnaround time for custom tailoring?
Around 7–15 days, depending on slot availability.

Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective. You'll need your invoice and a filled returns coupon, and return shipping is at your cost.
Can I exchange a saree or jewellery piece?
Yes, as long as the item is unused — you just cover the shipping, and charges vary by product.
